For over twenty years, the MacKenzie Gala has been a high point in Regina’s busy social season – and the MacKenzie Art Gallery’s signature annual fundraiser. Each October, over 300 of the gallery’s most ardent supporters come together to celebrate one of Canada’s most beloved art galleries. The MacKenzie Gala is unlike any other event in the province.
On October 12, 2018, the MacKenzie Art Gallery will host an evening of inspiring art, fine cuisine, and a live auction expected to raise more than $50,000 in support of the MacKenzie’s ongoing commitment to engaging people in transformative experiences of the world through art.
The live auction is the centrepiece of the event and is always hotly anticipated. The spectacle will be dazzling as attendees outbid each other for once-in-a-lifetime art experiences. Professional auctioneer Ken McDonald adds to the fun with his entertaining banter and rapid-fire calling style!
